New Clients

  • Free Assessment: All new clients are required to schedule a free assessment prior to their first grooming appointment. This allows our groomers to meet your pet, assess their temperament and coat condition, and discuss your grooming preferences.
  • Booking: New client appointments can be made by phone, email,  in person, Whatsapp or on-line. Please provide us with your contact information and details about your pet (breed, age, any health concerns).

Appointments & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: We understand that things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hour’s notice.
  • Same-Day Cancellation/No-Shows: A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be applied to any appointments cancelled on the same day or for no-shows. This fee helps us compensate our groomer for their time.
  • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened grooming session or rescheduling, depending on availability.

Aggressive or Anxious Pets

We strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all animals. If your pet exhibits aggressive or extremely anxious behaviour, we may need to reschedule the appointment or complete the groom on a second appointment.

Matted Coats

Additional charges may apply for de-matting/ shaving heavily matted coats. This will be discussed with you during the consultation or upon arrival.

Flea Protocols

For the health and safety and for infection control, clients are required to notify us in advance if a pet has fleas. Failure can result in surcharge and/or refusal of service.
